The service
CHIEFORY is a discovery and comparison platform for executive service providers. Directory content and guides help businesses evaluate potential partners. They do not replace your own due diligence or professional advice relevant to your circumstances.
Provider relationships
Executive services are supplied by the provider you engage under a separate agreement. CHIEFORY does not become a party to that engagement merely because you discover a provider or request an introduction here. Confirm the identity, experience, availability, scope, fees, and terms of the provider before proceeding.
Listings and accuracy
We aim to maintain useful information, but profiles can be incomplete or become outdated. A verified badge describes a review of identity and key information; it is not a guarantee of suitability or performance. Featured placement is commercial visibility, not an endorsement.
Submissions and claims
Only submit information you are authorized to provide. By submitting company content, you permit CHIEFORY to review, edit for clarity, and display approved business information in the directory. A claim does not automatically confer editing access or ownership of a profile. We may request supporting evidence, reject unsupported claims, or remove inaccurate material.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent information, impersonate a representative, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use forms for spam. Automated use must respect applicable access restrictions and avoid disrupting the platform.
Content and intellectual property
CHIEFORY’s original platform content and design are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Company names, trademarks, and submitted materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Report a rights concern through the contact form with enough information to identify the material and your interest.
Availability and limitations
The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular search result, a provider response, or an engagement outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Commercial arrangements
Paid provider services, if agreed, are governed by their own written scope and commercial terms. Submitting a basic company listing or an introduction request does not create a purchase or recurring subscription.
